  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD.

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping! Delivery times and costs will depend on your region.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

At Senju Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Sale items or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [hasirama@senjuapparel.com.au] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item of equal value.

  • Follow the same process as a return, and let us know what you’d like to exchange your item for.

  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll process the exchange and send out your replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [support@senjuapparel.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and your order number. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
